Empowered Villains

Empowered Villains are evildoers who gain power via magic, divine intervention, or science. - they may be the avatars of certain entities but not powerful enough to be a deity in their own right or they may have obtained mystical-objects or weapons by which to gain powers beyond that of an ordinary human, be they heralds or demigods they are the empowered.
